In a 2018 poll of over 3000 employees across 6 continents, Owl Labs found the following:
* 16% of global companies are fully remote.
* 40% of global companies are hybrid.
* 52% of employees around the world work from home at least once per week.
* 68% of global employees work from home at least once per month.

The expectation is that these numbers will just continue to increase as employers discover the benefits of having remote employees - but moving to flex-scheduling or full-remote teammates can be challenging to managers, team members, and stakeholders.
This session won’t be focusing on the benefits of remote-friendly or remote-first practices - Instead we’ll focus on real world experiences with working together while located anywhere in the world.
Throughout Rachel and Lauren’s combined 8 years and varying roles in different teams at Pantheon, they have always been able to work together in what has been recognized as some of the most efficient ways within the company.
This session will cover what tools and methods they use to get things done right the first time - as well as reviewing some of the pain points they’ve found along the way.
